Napping Day
National Napping Day is a holiday set aside to help people adjust to
Daylight Saving Time. After losing an hour of sleep by "Springing forward," people are more sleep-deprived and find it easier to nap.
Camille and Bill Anthony started National Napping Day in 1999 to promote the benefits - to both health and productivity - of napping.
