A wildfire in California's Napa County continues to threaten homes and wineries on October 11, 2008, after burning 300 acres of scrubland and two buildings.1
More than 1,500 firefighters from across the state battled the fire overnight, hampered by strong winds and dry conditions. As of October 12, 2008, at 12:01 pm, the fire was considered completely contained. 2
