August 1, 2008: A federal judge in Florida ruled against dismissing a lawsuit accusing Nancy Grace of wrongful death. The lawsuit stems from an interview Grace conducted with Melinda Duckett, who committed suicide a day after appearing on Grace's CNN show. Duckett came on the program to talk about the search for her missing 2-year-old son, Trenton Duckett.1
