N Korea Nuclear Past
In a statement made on June 18, 2008, U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice announced North Korea would soon deliver the long-awaited document disclosing its history of nuclear activity.1
The declaration would restart four-party negotiations that have been stalled since 2007 and begin the process towards removing North Korea from the United States' list of sponsors of terrorism.
