Career

Motley Crue released their self-produced debut album Too Fast For Love in 1981 and eventually signed a deal with Elektra Records. Their next three albums for Elektra were all hits and produced a number of successful singles that helped propel them to the forefront of the mid-1980s Hard Rock scene. 1989's Dr. Feelgood marked the band's commercial peak and became their only #1 record. After Vince Neil exited the band in 1992, the group fell out of the spotlight until their reunion in 2004. Their forthcoming album Saints of Los Angeles is scheduled for release on June 17, 2008.
