Civil Fraud Complaint by the SEC
The Securities and Exchange Commission filed a formal complaint against Paul Moller's company, Moller International, for "fradulent unregistered stock."2 The complaint is related to Moller's attempt to price public stock for the company. The complaint goes on to state, "Moller International had virtually no revenue, had never sold a single Skycar, and never came close to meeting the stringent initial listing requirements for either the Nasdaq or the NYSE."2 Moller did not contest the complaint and paid a fine of $50,000.
