Minka Kelly
Minka Kelly is an American actress. She was born on June 24, 1980 in Los Angeles, California. Kelly's father, Rick Dufay, is a former guitarist for the group Aerosmith. Dufay left when Kelly was young thus the reason for the strained relationship with him while she was growing up. Kelly and her father later reconciled. Kelly was romantically linked to actor Donald Faison and actor Chris Evans. She began dating musician John Mayer in September of 2007. On January 9, 2008, the couple's split was reported by People magazine.

Acting Career
Kelly began her career playing small roles in television shows and films. Her early works include Cracking Up, Drake & Josh, American Dreams, Devil's Highway, State's Evidence, The Pumpkin Karver and What I Like About You. In 2006, she landed a role playing on the television series Friday Night Lights (which airs on NBC and DirectTV) as the character Lyla Garrity. In 2007, she played Ms. Ross in the film The Kingdom.
