Midtown

In 1998 three students from Rutgers University formed a band Midtown and the trio added another member to create a fabulous quartet. The pop-punk band jumped into the New Jersey punk scene and began working on their debut EP The Sacrafice of Life which they released in 1999. They soon followed it with their debut full length album Save the World, Lose the Girl in 2000.

The Band released their third album Forget What You Know in 2004. The Single "Give It Up" from the Forget What You Know album was aired in Spider-Man 2 and featured in EA Games Burnout 3: Takedown. This single also peaked at #32 on the Billboard charts.

All though the band is not active at this time, Gabe Saporta, formerly of Midtown has stated that the band is not broken up. Gabe Saporta is currently a member of Cobra Starship and Heath Saraceno has joined Senses Fail. Tyler Rann is now singing for Band of Thieves while Rob Hitt created I Surrender Records and is currently managing other bands.
