Perez Hilton has reported that Olympian Michael Phelps will appear on the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards.¹ Since Phelps' historic gold medal wins at the 2008 Olympics, he has appeared on several talk shows, the cover of Sports Illustrated and is slated to grace a new design of the Frosted Flakes cereal box.
