The Olympic athlete with the most gold medals ever, Michael Phelps, remarked that he thought Lindsay Lohan was "pretty hot" back in 2004. Four years later, during the 2008 Olympics, Lohan has responded via a text message to Access Hollywood's Billy Bush: "Tell him (Michael Phelps) he's (expletive) amazing, and I want to meet him," to which Phelps commented, "That's pretty cool."1
Although rumors have also circulated linking Michael Phelps to Amanda Beard and Carrie Underwood, according to the Baltimore Sun, Phelps has reportedly been seeing someone else who is not famous and they have thus managed to keep the relationship low-profile.2
