Michael Morva
Michael Morva is the older brother of Death row inmate William Morva. Michael Morva was accused of conspiring with William Morva in his escape from prison. Michael Morva was found incompetent to stand trial in a hearing held on March 28, 2008. He has been sent to a state mental facility. Michael Morva will be re-evaluated before his court date on August 13, 2008.
