Michael Howard
Michael Howard has been arrested and charged with killing his friend,
Howard Scott Jr.. On March 12, Howard allegedly pointed a gun at his friend's head, and fired at him at point blank range. Prosecutors originally charged him with first degree murder, and bail had been set at $500,000, but on March 14, the charges were reduced to aggravated battery with a firearm and involuntary manslaughter, and bail was lowered to $50,000.
