Miad Jarbou

Miad Jarbou of Royal Oak, Michigan, filed a lawsuit against rapper Eminem in July 2007. Jarbou claims Eminem assaulted him in the bathroom of a Detroit strip club in 2006.¹

The Alleged Assault

According to a lawsuit filed on July 3, 2008, Eminem punched Jarbou at the Cheetah's On the Strip Gentleman's Club in Detroit, Michigan. The alleged attack happened on July 13, 2006, while the two men were in a bathroom at the club. Jarbou claims when his friend walked into the bathroom and greeted Eminem, the rapper's bodyguard told him to "Shut the f--k up!" According to the lawsuit, Eminem then "stepped back from the urinal and without warning or provocation...drove his fist in a violent punching manner into the side of Jarbou's face, knocking him to the ground."³
