Metal Gear Solid 4 South American Rebel Disguise

The South American Rebel Disguise is one of five unlockable costumes in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. In Act 2, go to Cove Valley Village to acquire it. Players can also obtain a variety of command vests and unlockable face masks.
