The Middle Eastern Militia Disguise is one of five unlockable costumes in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. In the Middle East, go to the In the Middle East, go to the militia safehouse and look for it in a locker. Players can also obtain a variety of command vests and unlockable face masks.
