Metal Gear Solid 4 Centipede Emblem
The Centipede Emblem is one of 40 emblems that can be obtained in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. They are awarded based on the performance of certain actions and how players complete the game. In order to receive the Centipede Emblem, the player must meet the following requirements:
- Trigger less than 75 alert phases
- Rack up 250 kills or less
- Use at least 25 continues throughout the course of the game
Exceeding 41 continues will grant you possession of a special completion bonus item known as the Corpse Camo.
