Metal Gear Solid 4 Campbell Face Camo
There are a number of different face camos in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. During the mission briefing in Act 1, at a certain point you can take manual control of the Mk. II. Move the Mk. II around manually and ram it into Campbell to unlock the Campbell face camo.
