Everlyse Cabrera and her brother, who had been removed from the home of their biological parents. Everlyse has been missing since June 10, 2006. The Carrascals reported that she climbed up on a stool, unlocked the door, and walked outside in the middle of the night. Her parents,
Marlena Olivas and
Ernesto Cabrera have filed a civil suit against the Carrascals and their adult son,
Melvin Balane for Everlyse's disappearance.
