Mega Man 9 Tornado Man

Tornado Man is a boss character from Mega Man 9, a platformer title developed by Inti Creates for the Wii, Xbox 360 and PS3 consoles. Although originally built to prevent the destruction of large storms, he eventually went mad during the opening events of the game. As his name suggests, he has the ability to fire multiple tornadoes that can engulf the screen, causing damage to heavy characters and lifting lighter ones off the ground.¹

Plug balls are the most effective type of weaponry against Tornado Man due to their natural ability to roll around the stage. They can also be used to destroy the tornadoes that he periodically summons.
