Mega Man 9 Dr Wily

Dr. Wily is the primary antagonist in Mega Man 9 as well as a recurring boss character in the series. At the start of the game, he is portrayed as a seemingly reformed man who offers to assist the people of the city with his own brand of robots after the ones built by Dr. Light start running AWOL. However, Mega Man immediately becomes suspicious when a video that depicts Dr. Light announcing his plans for world domination to a disgusted Dr. Wily is broacast on television.¹
