Rourke Arrested and Released
Rourke was held overnight after he was arrested on September 1, 2008, on a gross misdemeanor riot charge. He was released on the morning on Tuesday, September 2, 2008. Radio talk show host Amy Goodman and two producers of her show Democracy Now! were also arrested.1
