Marshawn Lynch
Marshawn Lynch played running back for the California Golden Bears and was selected 12th overall by the Buffalo Bills in the 2007 NFL Draft. Born and raised in Oakland, California, Lynch was a standout running back at Oakland Technical High School. In his first season as a Buffalo Bill, Lynch amassed 1,115 rushing yards and seven touchdowns.

As a high school football player, Marshawn Lynch was an all-American running back and one of the nation's best defensive back according to Rivals.com. The same website ranked Lynch as the second best running back coming out of high school in 2004, behind current Minnesota Viking, and 2007 rookie of the year Adrian Peterson. Lynch declared himself for the 2007 NFL draft as a junior, and was drafted by the Buffalo Bills as the 12th overall pick. Lynch made an immediate impact in Buffalo, helping the Bills with 1,112 rushing yards rushing, and 7 touchdowns, however he missed three games due to a high ankle sprain.
