Marshall Corps
The Marshall Corps is the name John Edwards has given to the new group of civilian experts who could be deployed abroad to serve in reconstruction, stabilization, and humanitarian missions. The group would consist of at least 10,000 civilian experts. Edwards has pledged to create the Marshall Corps in his first year in office should he become president. Edwards intends the new group to be the frontline in the United States' re-engagement with the world
