Mark Webber

Guide Note: Mark Webber is an American Actor and Filmmaker. Spending a portion of his youth growing up homeless in the slums of Philadelphia, Mark now spends a portion of his time advocating the cause and volunteering with various homeless shelters around the country. He recently made his feature film debut, Explicit Ills starring Paul Dano and Naomie Harris. The film was selected to premiere at the 2008 South by Southwest Film Festival.
