MGMT

MGMT, originally known as The Management, are Andrew Vanwyngarden and Ben Goldwasser. The duo released the album, Oracular Spectacular, in 2007.

History

Originally, they calling themselves "The Management," VanWyngarden and Goldwasser began playing together while attending Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. They was singed to a four album deal with Columbia Records in 2006. Their album, Oracular Spectacular, was recorded with Flaming Lips producer Dave Fridmann and released in 2007.
