MGS4 Database
The MGS4 Database was released a free download on June 19, 2008, from the PlayStation Network, in North America and Japan. It was made available for Europe on June 26, 2008.
The database includes character profiles, stories from the previous Metal Gear games, a diagram to map out the character relationships and an extensive information on the series. The database also includes additional details on MGS4, but it is not revealed until players have completed the game.
