Lyndsy Fonseca is a young American actress that first became known to soap opera fans as the young Colleen Carlton on The Young and the Restless. Since then she's appeared on such shows as How I Met Your Mother, Desperate Housewives and Big Love.

Fonseca's other acting credits include Boston Public, Malcolm in the Middle, NYPD Blue, Phil of the Future, Heroes and Close to Home.

Early Career

Before becoming an actress Fonseca took dance lessons and was a model for the Barbizon School of Modeling. With the support of her mother she tried out for the acting competitions at IMTA. Right after the competition she signed a contract to appear as Colleen Carlton on The Young and the Restless.
