Loose Change
The Loose Change documentary film series, written and directed by Dylan Avery, blame negligence on the part of the United States Government for the September 11th attacks on New York City and Washington, DC, and furthermore imply that the government itself may have been responsible. There are three versions of the film: the original, the 2nd Edition Recut, and the Final Cut.

Film Premise
"The central premise of the film is that the United States Government was, at the very least, criminally negligent in allowing the attacks of September 11th, 2001 to occur. However, when one looks deeper into the evidence, one might come to the startling conclusion that our own government might have been directly responsible for the attacks themselves."2
