TV talk-show host, life coach and author Montel Williams co-wrote Living Well: 21 Days to Transform Your Life, Supercharge Your Health and Feel Spectacular with William Doyle. The book, published in 2008, is a melange of Williams' reflections, healthy recipes, workout routines, and expert advice from dieticians and doctors.

Living Well and MS

Williams says that his regimen helps him fight Multiple Sclerosis, an autoimmune disease that affects the central nervous system.

Green Drinks

The cornerstone of Living Well eating regimen are green drinks made out of whole raw fruits and vegetables, such as the Dr Oz Green Drink, which contains Spinach, Apple, Parsley, Ginger, Cucumber, Celery and Lemon.
