Agents use an application and have calls routed directly to their home phone, allowing them to answer calls for over 200 companies. Agents are able to schedule themselves for the days and hours they are available, ensuring they are available for any personal matters they may have.

Companies are able to provide customer service for their customers without the expense of running a brick and mortar call center. LiveOps operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week providing coverage allowing companies to ensure their customers needs are met.
