Little People Big World Season Premiere
The fourth season premiere of Little People Big World will premiere on October 13, 2008. The premiere episode will detail Matt's trip to Iraq to provide medical aid for children who suffer with dwarfism. It is a special one hour premiere, combining two 30 minute episodes. The special is titled Little People, Big World: Operation Iraq and will not record under current DVR settings because of the new name of this episode only, please set your recorders accordingly.1
