Charges Against Selph
Selph was a high-ranking U.S. Army colonel who worked closely with General David Petraeus in 2004 and 2005 in helping outfit Iraqi security forces with supplies and ammunition. At the time, Petraeus was the first commander of the Multi-National Security Transition Command Iraq. Selph pleaded guilty to accepting a bribe from Lee Dynamics International, a contractor that was awarded a $12 million contract to construct warehouses in Iraq.
