Leopard Attacks Zookeeper

Jeri Ellis, a zookeeper at an Indiana zoo was attacked by a leopard as she cleaned its holding area, on May 25, 2008. Zoo officials were unsure why the leopard was with her in the holding area, but they said there was no danger to the general public. They have not figured out why or how the animal attacked the zookeeper since when not displayed, the leopard is kept in a separate, enclosed holding area.
