Las Vegas Real Estate
The Las Vegas Valley is comprised of four separate cities: Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City and North Las Vegas, as well as unincorporated areas in Clark County, Nevada. For purposes of buying or selling real estate, most people generally consider the entire Valley as just "Las Vegas." As well as traditional subdivisions and rural estates, Las Vegas has a number of master planned communities where the developers have pre-planned the neighborhood amenities with parks, walking paths, community clubhouses, swimming pools, fitness centers, restuarants, shopping, etc. These planned communities are very popular for the quality of lifestyle and convenience they offer residents. High rise and mid rise condos are also becoming very popular, especially along the Las Vegas Strip corridor.
