The Accident
On December 2, 2006, Garrison was involved in an accident that killed Vahagn Setian, a 17-year-old male from Beverly Hills High School. Garrison's Range Rover jumped a curb and then smashed into a tree. Two 15-year-old girls were also injured in the accident. Garrison had a blood alcohol level of .20 and cocaine in his system.

Vehicular Manslaughter Conviction
On October 31, 2007, Garrison pled guilty to vehicular manslaughter and DUI. He was sentenced to 40 months in prison, with a credit of 91 days for time previously served.
