Kiefer Sutherland
Kiefer Sutherland is an American actor. He was born on December 21, 1966 in London, England. He is the son of actors Donald Sutherland and Shirley Douglas. He is of Scottish decent. His grandfather Tommy Douglas is a Canadian statesman. Sutherland has a twin sister named Rachel. Sutherland married Camelia Kath, the daughter of Chicago guitarist and singer Terry Kath on September 12, 1987. Sutherland and Kath have a daughter together named Sarah Jude. The couple divorced after just three years of marriage in 1990. On June 29, 1996, Sutherland tried his hand at marriage again with Kelly Winn. They divorced in 2004.

Acting Career
In 1983, Sutherland played the role of Bill in the film Max Dugan Returns. From there, he went on to play in the films Stand By Me, Young Guns, Renegades, Young Guns II, A Few Good Men, Phone Booth, and Paradise Found. His more recent works include The Sentinel, The Wild, and Mirrors.
Sutherland is well known for his role as Jack Bauer on the television series 24.
Legal Issues
Sutherland was arrested on September 25, 2007 for impaired driving in West Los Angeles. He was sentenced to 48 days in jail on December 5, 2007. He began his jail sentence the next day and was released on January 21, 2008. He was also involved in a prior drunk driving incident in 2004.
