Kevin Rose

Kevin Rose started out as a TV personality on TechTV's The Screen Savers and rose to internet stardom when he launched Digg and it's popular podcast, Diggnation. Rose's interest in technology started a young age, he ran his own BBS system in the 80s and later enrolled in a technical high school. In college her pursued a Computer Science degree but ultimately dropped out to take advantage of the 90s dotcom rush. After bouncing between a few technical jobs Rose finally landed a production assistant gig on Tech TV for the show "The Screen Savers". Rose began to appear on-air for segments and eventually became a full time co-host of the show. During one episode Rose showcased Digg as a "new find" without disclosing his personal involvement in the project to the viewers or Tech TV staff.
