The Kettlebell is a piece of exercise equipment which resembles a bowling bowl without holes, with a large handle attached. Traditionally a kettlebell is not an adjustable weight, although companies have begun to construct an adjustable version. The advantage to a kettlebell is that it provides an effective and comfortable grip, with the weight uniquely focused toward the floor, which encourages the use of different muscles that a traditional dumbbell doesn't address.
