Karen Allen
Karen Allen is an American film actress who starred as Harrison Ford's feisty love interest "Marion Ravenwood" in the first Indiana Jones Film, Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Career
She made her film debut in the 1978 film, Animal House alongside John Belushi, and went on to star as "Claire Phillips" in the Bill Murray comedy, Scrooged in 1988. Since then, Allen has appeared in Spike Lee's biopic about Malcolm X, the George Clooney disaster film, The Perfect Storm and Todd Field's drama, In the Bedroom.
In 2008, Allen reprised her role as "Marion Ravenwood" in the much anticipated fourth Indiana Jones installment, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

Allen was a passionate designer and knitter at a early age. She attended the Fashion Institute of Technology at the age of 17 and opened a design studio in Massachusetts. In 2005 she opened a store in Great Barrington, MA.
