On January 6, 2009, TMZ reported that if the pair continued to abide by the terms of their probation until their March 11, 2008 court date all charges would be dropped. The same day the website released footage of the evening of the night of their arrest. 2

Arrest
TMZ reported on July 16, 2008, that Brolin and Wright were tased and pepper sprayed by Louisiana police during their arrest. Onlookers witnessed the cops using foul language and calling Wright the "N" word. Part of the footage was recorded on a cell phone.4
