Brief Biography

A defensive tackle from North Carolina State University, John McCargo was a freshmen all-American in 2003, and proceeded to attain and honorable mention all-ACC in in the same year, and was an academic All-ACC in 2004. Although he suffered an injury that placed him on injured reserve his first year as a professional, McCargo went on to record 45 tackles and got his first career fumble recovery in the 2007 season.
