GOP presidential candidate John McCain appeared on the November 1, 2008 episode of Saturday Night Live.1 He appeared on a sketch entitled "Fine Gold" with Tina Fey playing Sarah Palin. He also made an appearance on "Weekend Update". McCain has previously appeared on the program in seasons 28 and 32. McCain's running mate, Sarah Palin, appeared on the October 18 show along with guest host Josh Brolin.2
