John Malkovich
John Malkovich is an established stage and film actor who has been nominated for two Academy Awards and three Golden Globes. He won an Emmy in 1986 for his portrayal of Biff Loman in a television adaptation of Death of a Salesman, a play that Malkovich had already been performing on Broadway. From his start at Chicago's Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Malkovich eventually transitioned into film with his Oscar-nominated performance in 1984's Places in the Heart. Other roles followed, including Dangerous Liaisons, In the Line of Fire, Heart of Darkness, Of Mice and Men, and Being John Malkovich, the bizarre Charlie Kaufman-penned film in which Malkovich played a fictionalized version of himself.
