Joaquin Phoenix Retirement
During a fundraiser benefiting a Paul Newman charity, actor Joaquin Phoenix announced to Extra that he has retired from acting.1 During the impromptu interview, Phoenix explained that he plans to work on his music career. Representatives for the actor/musician confirmed the retirement.
