In the September 11, 2008, issue of Allure Magazine, recording star Carrie Underwood implied that she was still friends with former boyfriend and NFL Quarterback Tony Romo of the Dallas Cowboys . Underwood claims that Romo still calls her from time to time.¹ Jessica Simpson later disputed those claims on a Nashville radio station, 107.5 FM, the Woody and Jim show. Simpson joked that she has checked Romo's phone log and knows that the claims made by Underwood are not true.²
