Though the staff at PerezHilton.com thought she looked "hideous,"¹ Monica Corcoran at the Los Angeles Times thought Alba's dress was "well-suited" for her.² Fashion blog Catwalk Queen stated that Alba's "gorgeous" dress "matched her skin tone and hid her burgeoning belly beautifully."³

People Magazine also listed Alba as one of the best dressed celebrities at the ceremony.⁴
