College Career
Jeremy Shockey was a college standout in his career for the University of Miami. Shockey's popularity jumped up in his 2000 playoff appearance occurred when he caught the game winning touchdown pass against rival Florida State University.
NFL Career
Shockey adapted to the National Football League well and made rookie of the year honors and played in the Pro Bowl in four out of his five seasons for the Giants. On December 16, 2007, Shockey broke his fibula and was out for the rest of the season. He was traded to the Saints prior to the 2008 season.
