After several small roles in movies such as The Cotton Club, Reckless and Red Dawn Grey landed the role of Ferris' sister in the hit 1980s comedy Ferris Bueller's Day Off. A year later, Grey would play Frances 'Baby' Houserman in Dirty Dancing. In the early 1990s, Grey underwent a rhinoplasty procedure that went horribly wrong and required a second surgery to repair the damage. The major change in her appearance negatively impacted her career and Grey has not been able to achieve the same success that she had in the late-1980s.
