Jeep EV
The Jeep EV is part of a series of Chrysler-developed electric vehicles designed to compete in the fuel efficient vehicle market. The Jeep EV is said to drive 40 miles on a single electric charge and uses a small gasoline engine to power its battery to increase the Jeep EV's driving range to 400 miles. Based on the design of the popular Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, the Jeep EV is expected to appear in dealerships as early as late 2010.1
