Jay-Z debuted his song, "History," on New York's Hot 97 radio station on November 5, 2008. The song was produced by Kanye West. It will be released on Jay-Z's upcoming album, The Blueprint 3 in 2009. Some reports have claimed the song was inspired by President-elect, Barack Obama's victory on November 4.¹²
